This iconic painting was the pinnacle of the Alexander Millar ‘Working Man’ Exhibition. Which was held at the Hancock Museum in Newcastle in 2011. However this painting was also featured in the accompanying brochure. Such was the resonating presence of the piece that it was decided to produce a limited edition print – which subsequently was an instant ‘sell-out’
