Terms and Conditions of Sale
All prices quoted are the prices you pay, VAT or artists royalty will not be charged as extras. Delivery charges are not included in the price advertised and will be charged separately as appropriate. We can provide Quotations for overseas deliveries. Payment may be made by credit card, cheque, bankers draft, bank transfer or cash. online purchases can be paid for by Paypal, Works will only be released after funds have cleared.
Retention of Title
Title of all works purchased from Cheshire Art Gallery shall not pass to the buyer until the invoiced amount has been paid in full
Due to photographic & Screen variations, Cheshire Art Gallery cannot guarantee that images of works displayed on this website are a true representation of those works. Customers are advised to view all works in person prior to purchase either at our Bramhall gallery or at client’s homes by arrangement. Rule of Law
English law applies to the interpretation of these Conditions.
We use various different methods of shipping or artwork depending on the individual piece. We will aim to dispatch your order next day, however there may be short delays if we need bespoke packaging to be made, or if the artwork is to be shipped using a specialist art courier.
Distance Selling Regulations – Within 14 days of receipt of the artwork you are entitled to:
Request a refund as you have changed your mind.
Request a refund as the artwork is damaged
Return an artwork for an exchange.
If you wish to return an item, please send an email with your request to email@example.com quoting your order number and we will forward you the return details.
In all cases the artwork must be repacked in its original packaging to be shipped back.
If your purchased artwork has not arrived with you after 10 days of date of order, please get in touch with us – firstname.lastname@example.org
Upon receipt of the returned artwork, you will receive an email notification to confirm receipt. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of returned artwork, Monies will be refunded using the same method by which you paid the original order.

Artwork for refunds or exchanges must be sent back in the original packaging to the gallery at your own cost. We advise returning items using registered post as the artwork is under your responsibility until we have received it. Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping and/or delivery charges as well as international customs duties and taxes (where applicable).
If your artwork is damaged on arrival, please notify us immediately, also detailing the damage and providing photos if possible.
