Reg Gardner is a renowned British artist born in 1948 in Prestwich, Manchester. However his artistic journey began at a young age when he won his first art competition at just twelve years old. In 1962, he was awarded a scholarship to the Manchester High School of Art. Where he continued to develop his skills and passion for art.

Throughout his career, Gardner has exhibited his work in various galleries and exhibitions. Including the Colin Jellicoe Gallery in Manchester and the Stockport Art Gallery. His paintings, which often depict urban landscapes in a warm impressionist style, have been featured in numerous solo and group shows, subsequently earning him a reputation as a skilled artist with a unique perspective.

His art can be found in private collections around the world, from St Petersburg to Bermuda.
